Post a Buyer Requirement describing exactly what you're looking for — category, location, budget, area. Once approved, sellers with matching land can browse it and reach out to you directly.

Listing is free. We don't charge a commission on your sale either, since we're a listing platform, not a broker — you keep the full value of your deal.

Every listing is reviewed by our team before publishing, to keep the marketplace genuine for buyers. Review times vary, but we aim to get through submissions promptly.

It shows buyers you've submitted an ID or business document for our review. Go to your dashboard and look for "Get Verified" to start. It's not a legal guarantee of your land's title — just an added trust signal for buyers.

Yes, any time, from your dashboard under "My Listings." You can edit details, pause a listing, mark it sold, or remove it entirely.

Once you're listed, registered buyers can call or WhatsApp you directly from your listing page. You can also see enquiries and messages from your dashboard.

More complete listings get more serious enquiries. Include clear photos from multiple angles, exact area and price, water/electricity availability, road access, and an honest description — buyers value accuracy over an inflated pitch.

No. We don't process, hold, or facilitate any payment between buyers and sellers. All financial transactions happen directly between the two parties, outside our platform.

Contact details are only revealed to logged-in, registered users, which reduces random spam. As with any online marketplace, use normal caution — verify who you're dealing with before sharing sensitive information or making payments.

Visit the land in person, verify the title deed and ownership documents (ideally with a lawyer), confirm there are no outstanding disputes or encumbrances, and only pay through traceable, documented methods — never in cash without proper receipts.

Use the "Report" option on the listing page, or contact us directly. We review reports and remove listings that violate our terms.
