This means the seller has submitted a government ID or business registration document, which our team has reviewed for basic authenticity. This badge is not a guarantee of the seller's legal right to sell any specific piece of land, nor does it certify the accuracy of any listing details. Treat it as one helpful signal among many, not a substitute for your own due diligence.
Prices shown on listings are set by individual sellers and may be negotiable, outdated, or not reflective of fair market value. Our price trend charts and area price estimates are calculated from approved listings on our own platform since launch — they are a general market signal, not a certified valuation, appraisal, or guarantee of what any specific plot is actually worth.
Property locations, nearby amenities (schools, hospitals, shopping areas), and maps shown on listings are based on data provided by sellers combined with third-party open map data (OpenStreetMap) and Google Maps. This data can be incomplete, outdated, or occasionally inaccurate, particularly in rural or newly-developed areas. Always confirm the exact location and surroundings with the seller and by visiting in person.
Our EMI calculator, loan eligibility calculator, registration cost estimator, and other tools on the site provide estimates for general guidance only. They are not financial or legal advice, do not reflect any specific lender's or government authority's actual terms, and should not be relied upon as a final figure.
